The burger joint was preparing to open to a packed house on its grand opening, but just before it had the chance to do so, the first set of COVID-19 restrictions hit.
But, the owners decided to push ahead and adjusted their business to allow for the new rules, much to the delight of a wave of local foodies who swarmed through the doors.
Then, just less a month after opening, the region was plunged into lockdown. Director Umang Patel That said that was a kick in the teeth.
"Our business comes into essential work but the restrictions affect everyone, as people avoid driving and only do so when they have to, that makes it really hard for the business," he said.
"Especially on Peel Street businesses because walk-in customers make more impact to the business."

"We faced a 35 per cent sales drop due to full lockdown but that's fine, that's how the business is up and down."
Mr Patel and his staff have shown incredible strength and resilience, staying positive in the face of such upheaval.
He said the community has helped that happen and made particular mention of the fact everybody had been following the rules at the venue which will ultimately help the Tamworth area come out of lockdown.
When that day does come, he believes the public will get out in force and enjoy doing the things they haven't been able to in quite a while - such as sit down with mates and dig into a burger.
"We expect a surge in customers once the restrictions lift off as we have got a really good support from them in this hard time, and we'll keep providing great food with good service," Mr Patel said.
