The Gunnedah trainer detailed the mare's incredible home track form leading into the race - two wins and two thirds from five starts leading into Monday's meeting - and Annie's Street again showed her love of the Riverside Racecourse with a win by 1.31 lengths.
Annie's Street came home best on her home track to beat the Ian Cook-trained Rexx and Famous - trained by Stirling Osland - home in a tight go for the minor placings.

Groth described his mare as "a beauty" after the first-up win.
"I thought it might have been a bridge too far - the 1300 today - but she's just a real goodun," Groth told Sky Thoroughbred Central.
"She won first up last prep here over the 1250. [That was a] bit softer race than today. Really pleased with her."
The win also gave jockey Clayton Gallagher a double after he won on the Stephen Farley-trained Jaytees earlier in the day.
Gallagher joined Jake Pracey-Holmes - who won on Jousting and Superior Witness - on two wins for the day.
Racing in the North West continues on Sunday when Tamworth hosts a seven-race meeting.
