Aboard the Tracey Bartley-trained Empowerment at Scone on Monday, Jones brought up a century of winners for the season.
The apprentice jockey went into the meeting with 99.5 winners and raised the bat after the fifth race.
The season has been a whirlwind for Jones who "had to keep reassessing new goals throughout the season".
"I kept on hitting those milestones and to come away with 100 and a half winners for the season - that's absolutely [sensational]," Jones told Sky Thoroughbred Central after his win on Empowerment.
Of those wins this season, the most have come for his boss Rod Northam.
Jones paid tribute to the man he combined with for 19 winners so far this season after the race at Scone.
"He's been very influential. He's guided me on the right path," Jones said.
"I've had a good network from my family back in Sydney - mum and Neil Campton - and the support from the trainers I get is fabulous."

As for Empowerment's win, it was a pretty comfortable one in the end.
The filly wore into Whaler Bill's lead in the straight and went on to win by 1.32 lengths.
Artie's Aura was second, The Storm In Me third and Whaler's Bill claimed fourth.
Bartley said Empowerment "let down" really well on Monday and also congratulated Jones on his milestone.
"That's lovely to see. He's a good kid, going forward and he's going places. Good luck to him," Bartley said.
