The track was deemed too wet to race on last Thursday but sunny days coupled with the hard work of curator John Brown have ensured the track condition has improved over the weekend.
The track was rated a Soft 7 on Monday with the potential of more improvement to come, Moree Race Club president Rob Mather said.
"The track's come back really well. Everything will get a fair go tomorrow [Tuesday]," he said.
"The sun is out and there's a bit of breeze here today [Monday] so it's just going to keep improving."

Mather said getting the meeting re-scheduled was helpful to everyone involved.
"It's good for the club and it's good for the racing industry because they haven't been getting enough races," he said.
"With the weather the way it's been, there's been a lot of cancellations and we really need to be able to do these sort of days."
Mather added: "It's all thanks to Racing NSW and our new steward [Sam Woolaston] over there. He jumped in and got the day [rescheduled]."
The first race at Moree starts at 12.05pm.
In other good news for the Hunter and North West region, Scone has picked up an extra meeting.
The meet scheduled for Newcastle's Beaumont track on July 26 has been transferred across to Scone.
