EVIDENCE against a man accused of kidnapping and threatening a pizza delivery driver after an alleged dispute over an order is still being compiled by prosecutors.

Troy Gregory Lance Norman has remained behind bars since his his arrest in early May, and appeared via video link in Tamworth Local Court this week.
Police prosecutor Sergeant Rob Baillie asked for an adjournment because an officer working on the case had been having difficulties obtaining witness statements.
"That's the reason for the delay," Mr Baillie told the court.
Magistrate Julie Soars granted a two-week adjournment.

"This is ... the first extension, if I can put it that way," she said, before turning to address the accused on the screen.
"Sir, it is making progress," she said.
"Thanks miss, thank you," he replied.
The 37-year-old was arrested in Tamworth on May 7, after police claim a Friday night pizza delivery went wrong.
Police allege Norman confronted a Domino's employee when he went to make a delivery on Edward Street between 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
Norman is accused of approaching the worker and threatening him before allegedly making the driver go to West Tamworth Domino's, where the driver alerted management.
Norman was arrested a short time later and has been bail refused since.
He faces charges of being armed with the intent to commit an indictable offence; taking or detaining a person with intent to obtain an advantage; and resisting police.
