After some last-minute reshuffling of grounds after rain threatened to force the Northern Inland Academy of Sport to cancel the multi-sport festival, the action kicked-off under blue skies on Saturday morning.
Leader photographer Gareth Gardner was out and about to capture the action as teams local and visiting teams battled it out in rugby league, soccer, rugby union and netball.
Now in into it's sixth year the event has drawn teams from Newcastle, west to Dubbo, Orange, Mudgee, and the mid and north coast.
