The club's allocation of TAB races increased again for the new season and club president Rose said he'll be applying for a further increase for the 2022/23 season.
"We went up to 37 meetings and this will make 38 with the extra meeting," Rose said of Thursday's additional day meeting.
"It's not too bad considering the year before we had 22 and 15 the year before that.
"We're hoping in 12 months we can have close to 52 for the financial year."

Gunnedah was the beneficiary of an extra meeting on Thursday after Greyhound Racing NSW formulated a plan for racing during the lockdown in Greater Sydney.
Racing in the state was split into two distinct zones.
Zone 1 consists of people residing in the locked downed areas of Greater Sydney, the Blue Mountains, Wollongong and the Central Coast.
Zone 2 is the remainder of NSW located outside of the locked down region.
Rose had just one week to put the meeting together and will have 11 full races after 110 greyhounds were nominated.
The president said it further shows Gunnedah could handle a meeting a week.
"I think it tells them there's plenty of Dogs around here. There's enough nominating to cater for that amount of racing," Rose said.
The first race at the Gunnedah Greyhound Racing Club jumps at 12.09pm.
The 11-race card will wrap up with the last race of the day running at 3.49pm.
