For the women's match, the losing publican will wear the opposition's colours after the match.
Meanwhile, for the men's match, the losing publican will pull beers at the opposition's pub on Saturday.
It's all for a bit of fun with both publicans expecting a couple cracking games of footy.
"I'm pretty confident Prouty will be pouring grog here but you never know. In saying that, I'm ready to get a ribbing," Coutts said.
Prout added: "It's a local derby - anything can happen."
The two Tamworth women's teams go into the match equal on points with the Swans getting the upper hand in their last match.
In the men's competition, the Kangaroos took the spoils in the last derby but the Swans sit one win clear of the Roos on the ladder.
