In fact, locals who love a laugh and a glass of bubbly are the target audience for the new business.
"We're basically an alternate venue to a pub or night out, it's BYO, we aren't licenced, so you bring all your own beer or wine or any kind of alcoholic beverage, and we provide the glassware," owner Brooke Hughes said.
"You can also bring food, a lot of people bring grazing boxes or platters because cheese and biccies go well with wine.
"Come with your friends, sit in your group, and the teacher will take you through it step-by-step."

The Peel Street business has its official opening on Friday night, with bookings now open for a variety of nights where locals can learn to paint a black cockatoo, a sunflower, floral arrangements, and even their own pet.
"If you are a beginner and you've never painted, you can still come and have fun, and if you have art skills they might be able to trick it up a bit and produce something that's quite good, and sometimes it can even be better than the teacher's," Ms Hughes said.
The owner herself is based in Wollongong, which is where the first Sip Studio opened in 2019.
She opened the Toowoomba studio after this, and with Tamworth in the middle of the two, she thought it was the perfect spot for her next venture.

Ms Hughes has hired a local resident to manage the studio, but is still on the look out for artists to teach the classes.
She said it was the perfect job for artists wanting to make some money doing what they love.
Visitors can use their state government discover vouchers to subsidise the cost, too.
