Mr McDonald marked his 105th birthday with a bash at the Tamworth City Bowling Club, on Friday.
It was a fitting location for the party after Mr McDonald was the first club member to be conferred with the prestigious life membership when he turned 100 in 2016.
Mr McDonald grew up in Loomberah, but the former Wool and Wheat Association president and self-confessed whiskey lover, now resides at Bupa Aged Care Tamworth, where staff have grown accustomed to his cheeky attitude.
