Buckledown Buddy produced a win for the Chapple stables whilst Showem Simon picked up a winner's cheque for the Coney stables.

Trained and driven by Chapple, Buckledown Buddy (a Courage Under Fire-Trouble Line gelding), recorded his win over the 1609m with a mile rate of 1min 59.9sec.
"The horse has been going good with not much luck in his races and bad draws, but it all went his way at Armidale," Chapple said.
"My brother Guy and his family own the horse so it was good that he won for them.
"The stables have been having a lean trot of late so hopefully it is turning around."
Buckledown Buddy will commence from the five barrier in the Royal Standard Brewery@Wests Pace at Tamworth on Thursday.
Showem Simon, meanwhile, paid $21 after a short half-head win over Mac Almighty (Scotty Welsh) at Armidale, with Britney Jane (Jemma Coney) 2.7m away in third place.
Showem Simon will commence from the two barrier in the Scully Park Tamworth Pace (1609m).
Jemma Coney will take the reins behind the Sportswriter-Sounds So Good gelding.
Chapple and Greg Coney will have has six and seven runners, respectively, at Tamworth.
