On Monday aftenroon, the Tamworth reinsman drove the Ty Robson-trained race favourite Yarraman's Shadow to victory, before winning behind the Leon Jurd-trained Bob Wheel.

Bob Wheel's winning margin was 32.2m and the mile rate for the 2044m was 1min 55.3sec. He shaved 2.3 seconds off the track record.
Ison's 300th win occurred at Tamworth last Thursday afternoon.
Friday night will see him contest six races at Newcastle, before he heads to Armidale on Sunday for another six drives.
Those drives include Yarraman's Shadow, who has drawn barrier 10 in the Choices Flooring Armidale Heat 1 of the Gig.
Yarraman's Shadow will be looking for his third win on the trot.
Berths in this month's final of Armidale's Carnival of Cups will be on the line.
The first of eight races is set to go at 1pm.

The Dubbo meeting last Sunday afternoon saw Tamworth trainer Greg Coney pick up a winner with Karaoke Rock (Madi Young).
The win paid $34.
After commencing from the nine barrier, Karaoke Rock rocketed home for a short half-head win over Linx Downs (Phoebe Betts), with Royal Feeling (Emma Turnbull) a metre away in third place.
Karaoke Rock will contest the second heat of the gig race at Armidale on Sunday.
