A replica pistol, knuckledusters and what police claim is an amount of cannabis was uncovered inside a Barber Street home in Gunnedah on Sunday.
Police went knocking with a search warrant after an ongoing investigation by Oxley detectives and seized the items.
One man was taken into custody and charged and will front court at a later date.

About 3.30pm on Thursday, officers swarmed the flat and will allege they uncovered an amount prohibited drugs was seized,"
"Cannabis, methylamphetamine, a quantity of cash, digital scales, phones, and equipment used to facilitate the supply of drugs was seized," Oxley Detective Acting Inspector Jason Darcy said.
"A 39-year-old woman was arrested and charged with four offences including supply and possessing prohibited drugs, and dealing with the proceeds of crime."
The woman was granted conditional bail to front Tamworth Local Court at a later date.
Police said investigations were continuing and the goods seized would be forensically examined.
