Volunteers at the Vinnies store on Duri Road had a tough time during the closure, but did not let the damage dampen their drive.
Staff and volunteers have been back at the store to make it "beautiful" again and ready to reopen on Monday.
Vinnies area manager Julie Crosby said the rain-damaged roof had been repaired and the store had been spruced-up and filled with brand new stock.

"It's very exciting ... I think people are keen to come and see what we have to offer," she said.
The store was damaged during a wild hail storm in October last year, and the rain kept piling on until finally the roof threatened to cave in after a deluge in March.
She said the store had to wait its turn as tradespeople worked their way through a backlog of storm damage jobs in the city.
"It has really had an impact on the volunteers here because it is such a social outing for them and they really look forward to coming into the store," Ms Crosby said.
"They miss each other, they miss the customers, they miss the whole fun of it all."
Ms Crosby said she had been counting down to Monday to see the reactions of customers when they come back.
With the weather changing, Ms Crosby urged locals to donate quality winter goods they no longer need.
Donations can be taken into the store while it's open and new volunteers are welcome.
