Money raised will be going to the United Nations World Food Program, and excursions for the kids.
It will help families pay for the year 6 Canberra excursion in three weeks time, along with the Great Aussie Bush Camp excursion for years 3 and 4 students later in the year.
The school's student representative council is organising it all, and year 6 student Toby Douglas said the Canberra trip was "supposed to be one of the most fun excursions of the year".

Along with laser tag, they'll be visiting Parliament House, the Royal Australian Mint, Questacon, and much more.
School principal Lisa McMahon said the cost of the excursion would normally be about $650 per student, but through the fundraising, they would be able to attend for about $200.
"It makes sure every student gets the opportunity to go on the excursion," she said.
The 26-student school will head down to the nation's capital alongside other schools in the small schools alliance.
Locals can support the youngsters in their quest by visiting Bunnings Warehouse in Tamworth on Saturday, May 8 to purchase some delicious lamingtons.
One dozen plain lamingtons is $17 and one dozen jam and cream lamingtons cost $18.
"Hopefully people will come out and support us and buy some yummy lamingtons," Ms McMahon said.
