The 52-year-old will race in the fender benders at the Gunnedah Speedway this Saturday fresh off the back of a second placing at the Australian titles in Gilgandra.
And despite being "one of the oldest doing it", Urquhart plans to compete in the Australian Fender Bender Titles again next year.
"I did tell the chap that won it that he's not going to get it next year... so I've opened my mouth up now," Urquhart said.

As for retirement, Urquhart doesn't think about it. He's just enjoying the ride, so to speak.
The driver has had a charmed run in terms of injury. Urquhart broke his thumb a couple years ago "but that's about it", he said.
And he's still loving everything about the sport.
"I think just the thrill of the sport - it's just a fun game to play," Urquhart said when asked what keeps him going.
"I guess like blokes with their football, they play footy as long as they can and that's what I'm doing."
Another reason he isn't likely to stop driving any time soon is stepdaughter Isobelle Jennar-Urquhart who has immersed herself in racing.
Jennar-Urquhart races the junior sedans which, unlike the fender benders, aren't meant to bash and crash into each other on the track.
Accidents do happen, though, but Urquhart said all-in-all he's enjoyed watch his stepdaughter take her driving to new levels.
"It's good to watch them learn - problem is they take on board a bit too much of what we do. Like me, they get a bit pushy and shovey," Urquhart said.
"It's good to watch them be able to drive a car, for one, and do well. She's improving out of sight."
The fender benders and junior sedans will be two of many races happening at the Gunnedah Speedway.
There will also be wingless sprintcars and formula 500s, among others, with racing to kick off at 2pm.
