North West Family Medical has approached Gunnedah Shire Council to run the clinics free-of-charge at the Gunnedah Showground.
The health service wants to run the flu vaccinations on April 23 and April 30, but dates for up to six COVID-19 jab clinics have yet to be determined.
Gunnedah councillors will vote at Wednesday's ordinary meeting on whether to waive the showground fees for these drive-thru clinics to go ahead.

The council's manager public facilities Ashley Gardner said North West Medical made the request because "it would be a way to still provide an important health service, while maintaining social distancing and ease of access for the public".
"North West Medical, on approval, will manage traffic in and out of the South Street entrance of the Gunnedah Showground and have noted that community members will be asked to remain in their vehicles at all times," she noted in the April papers.
"In the interest of community health and safety, it is recommended to council to waive the fees for North West Medical to host the proposed clinics at the Gunnedah Showground."
Gunnedah mayor Jamie Chaffey said he was supportive of last year's flu vaccine clinic, and "certainly will be supportive" again this year.
"It's a good service in our community and provides for those people who are concerned still about coronavirus and social distancing and it's another option to gain access to their vaccinations in a more isolated environment," he said.
