The Tamworth Swans have the firepower to end their premiership drought, goal-scoring whiz Kaleb Crowhurst has said, after the side's Crossroads Cup triumph in Narrabri.

The Swans edged Narrabri by a point in the final: 5.3-33 to 5.3-32.

In a Facebook post announcing the results of the finals - Gunnedah beat Moree by 46 points in the women's finale - AFL North West signed off by saying: "Bring on the 2021 season".
And that is the sentiment Crowhurst - the men's player of the carnival - conveyed.
"We played very well," he said of Saturday's showing. "It was very unexpected.
"We've been training hard. And from the very first bounce in the very first game, we never let the foot off the gas.
"Played hard all day; played our way all day as well."
On Saturday, Crowhurst said the Swans experienced the equivalent of about two full games.
"So it was a long day, but we never wavered the whole day," he said. "We played our brand of footy, and it just goes to show how well we're gonna go this year."
The Bulldogs beat the Swans in last year's grand final - the latter's first finale since their last premiership win in 2009.
Crowhurst said: "If we play the way we did [on Saturday] and we all come together, I definitely believe we can go all the way [this year]."
In the women's final, reigning premiers Gunnedah beat Moree 8.7-55 to 1.3-9.
