In its 10th year, the Loomberah Kids Holiday Club sees the local hall transformed with decorations and innovations.
A non-stop variety of games, stories, craft and food are on offer and the theme this year was light, with fairy lights and lanterns centre stage.
Organiser Janelle Tongue said it was a reminder to the children that everyone goes through dark patches and has to decide what to do.

"Light is important for seeing through the darkness in this world," she said.
"Children can themselves be little lights in their schools and families as they show kindness to others."
The kids club ran on Tuesday and Wednesday and was free to attend.
