There are a feast of holiday camps and clinics, from tennis to rugby league to hockey.
West Tamworth Tennis Club and the North West Tennis Academy are both running their regular holiday tennis camps with the first getting underway on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, Hockey NSW's under-12 NSW Pride School Holiday Clinics will hit Tamworth.

A new initiative this year, the one-day clinics are designed to be a fun, active and educational experience for players of all abilities.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn from highly qualified local coaches as well as Pride hopeful and 2021 women's National Development Squad (NDS) member Abigail Doolan.
Budding rugby league players will have their opportunity to develop their skills next week with two clinics.
On Tuesday (April 13), Pacific Sports Management will be holding one of their pathways camp at Jack Woolaston Oval.
The clinics will cater for players from six through to 17 across three different sessions.
The 6-8yrs will be the first to hit the field with their camp running from 9am-12pm. The 9-12yrs will follow at 10am-1.30pm with the 13-17yrs running from 11am-3pm.
Registration costs vary depending on age. The 6-8yrs clinic is $50, the 9-12yrs $65 and the 13-17yrs $85.
The clinics have been developed by senior professional coaches such as Former Penrith, NSW and Australian Rugby League player and now assistant coach at the Brisbane Broncos, John Cartwright, and players identified by PSM scouts as displaying traits of high character and talent during the camps, will be invited to join the PSM Academy.

The Scripture Union NSW will from Wednesday to Friday then hold one of their camps at Farrer.
Open to boys aged 10-15, participants will have the opportunity to develop their footy skills under the guidance of former Raiders captain, and Farrer alumni, Alan Tongue and a team of volunteers, within a Christian environment.
As well as the various rugby league-related activities, time will be spent each day on hearing from God's word.
The cost of the camp is $130 and includes three meals a day, morning and afternoon tea, supper and accommodation.
