"This was a serious assault and police are working to identify those responsible so we can put them before the courts. It's only a matter of time before they are caught," Detective Acting Inspector Jason Darcy told the Leader.
The 25-year-old will front court at a later date.
Police claim the gang attacked a 29-year-old man inside the Railway Hotel on Barber Street in Gunnedah.
The attack unfolded about 11.30pm on February 27, and the victim was punched and kicked. He suffered facial injuries and was treated at Gunnedah hospital.
"This is the third man charged in relation to this incident by Oxley police," Detective Darcy said.
"These three men will now appear in court, but police are still investigating the identity of the four other males depicted in the CCTV images.
"We would again make another public appeal for anyone who knows the identity of these men to contact police."
Police claim a 26-year-old and 58-year-old who were charged in March in the wake of the attack are fellow Gladiators OMCG members
The pair were arrested in Boggabri and Gunnedah on charges of affray and assault occasioning actual bodily harm in company.
They're set to front court in Gunnedah this month.
In early-March, Oxley police released security surveillance footage from the hotel of the men wanted for questioning.
At the time, Detective Darcy said the hotel was packed for the regular Saturday night trade, and investigators believe more patrons would have seen what happened.
Anyone who saw the bashing or has information about the men is urged to contact Oxley police on 6768 2999.
The three remaining men who police want to question are described as being Caucasian in appearance, aged 25 to 35, while the fourth is described as being 55 to 65 years old and of Caucasian appearance.
