Once again led by Brad Cady - who is in his second season in charge - Albion scored their second successive first grade premiership which comes after three grand final losses before that.
"It's a big achievement to win two in a row. They're always hard to win and we're really happy, it was such a team effort," Cady said.

A 71-run stand between Cady and fellow opener Damien Baldwin - who "batted really well at the top" - paved the way to victory for Albion.
The duo chipped away the runs on the "slow and low" wicket.
"We were still looking to score runs but they bowled well," Cady said.
"My plan personally was to bat as long as possible to protect everyone else and score at the lower end."
Baldwin (33) was the first to fall to Braithen Winsor (1-19).
Andy Mack joined Cady at the crease and hit two sixes during his 18-ball innings.
Cady (32) and Mack (17) both fell with the score on 92 but late runs to James Mack (14) and Luke Ryan (14*) saw Albion post 5-125.
Cady admitted Albion could have done with a couple more runs.
"I thought it was just enough but deep down I think we needed another 15 or 20 but 125 would have won a lot of games on that wicket today," he said.
Garry Briggs (3-13) and Ash White (1-25) continued their good form with the ball to have Court House 3-16 early.
Blake Small (17) and then Sam Doubleday (26) made starts but it wasn't enough for Court House.
Mark Ewington (2-8) and Cady's pick of the bowlers - James Mack (3-7) - were the other main wicket-takers as Court House were bowled out for 80.
"The game turner was probably James Mack with his bowling at critical times of the game, " Cady said.
A notable omission from the team list for Court House was skipper Farran Lamb.
"His knee flared up again - he's got a recurring injury," Cady said.
"Court House missed him today and we'd have preferred him to play. He's good competition. We hit it off every week - he's trying to get me out and I'm trying to not get out to him - it's always a healthy rivalry between us."
