They scored a 14-3 victory over Savages to finish off an undefeated season but the win wasn't as straightforward as it seems.
Savages came out of the gates firing to edge ahead early in the match before the Oldbats settled into a rhythm.

"The first innings was 2-1 Savages way and my team were nervous," United coach Natalie Crittle said.
"They were extremely nervous but after that first field, that first bat, they got the nerves out and they came good in the second inning and continued from there."
United's victory was highlighted by a seven-run inning and a walk-off grand slam to Alex Cracknell.
"He got four runs home with a grand slam home run - it was awesome to see," Crittle said.
"We didn't need the home run but it just made it spectacular on grand final day."
It also doubled as a swan song for Cracknell who will be too old for the competition next year (the maximum age a male player can be in the competition is 14).
"He played awesome - good batting by him and that grand slam home run just tops it off nicely," Crittle said.
Amanda McNulty was named MVP - "She batted really well," Crittle said - while Savages were gallant in defeat.
While United are a dominant force, Crittle said the gap was closing.
"Savages played an awesome game today and Hurricanes - when we played them in the preliminary final - they played an awesome game, too. The skills are developing which is good to see," Crittle said.
"Juniors are starting to come up and we're getting more players in our senior levels, so it's awesome."
A number of players will now look toward the baseball season which starts on April 17.
