It will be the fifth time the two sides have met in the decider in the past six seasons.
This Saturday's grand final will break the deadlock between the two sides in that time. Both have won two grand final wins each from those four encounters.

Albion and Court House are both expected to take their strongest possible side into the grand final, setting up a cracker finish to the season after less than a point separated the sides at the end of the regular rounds.
"I think last year we were a bit more dominant in the competition than we've been this year but we respect Court House as a team. They've obviously got all their good players this week who are normally away for work," Albion captain Brad Cady said.
"We're under no illusion, they're a very good side."
The respect went both ways between the two sides.
"They've got a very good batting side and their bowling attack is just as good," Court House wicketkeeper Blake Small said.
"We really need take early wickets and have our top four score a few runs."
Albion progressed straight through to the grand final after claiming the minor premiership while Court House beat Mornington last week to move through.
"A loss always make you want it more the next year and I think we've got the side to do it this year as long as everyone performs," Small said.
Meanwhile, Cady equally wanted Albion to continue on their winning ways.
Before last season, they had lost three grand finals on the trot.
"There's definitely a bit rivalry, a lot of history where Albion lost to them and we want to rewrite a few of those things," Cady said.
The grand final will kick off at 1pm at Wolseley Oval on Saturday.
The second grade grand final will see Kookaburras take on Albion at Kitchener Oval.
