Open for business just a few days ago, Ms Jones has already been flooded with requests for her unique take on cake.
"I've always loved cooking and baking, and it was something that I really got into more during COVID," she said.
"I was scrolling on Facebook and saw these cakes turned into ice-cream looking treats, and gave it a go."
And she hasn't looked back.
"I think what I love most about this so far, is the looks on people's faces when they see them," she enthused.
"I was expecting to get more occasion-based orders, like birthdays and anniversaries, but I had one lady order some for her work for a morning-tea treat!"
The born and bred Tamworth girl is holding down a full time job and bakes for 'Cloud 9' in her free time.
"It was just great to be able to turn something I love doing into something that brings back a little bit of income."
She decorates with little delectable, delicate mini chocolate bars, and the selection of rainbow colours leaves little to be desired.

While cakes are on offer, she also makes cute cookies and chocolate covered strawberries.
"I'm covering the strawberries in chocolate, however I'm also experimenting with other things to make them dairy-free, catering for everyone," she said.
While she's not ventured into the realm of gluten free cakes yet, the strawberries are, with more things potentially on the horizon.
