The Foodies Night Market will hit up Manilla Showground on February 25, from 4pm, and there'll be something for everyone on offer.
Event organiser Anna Demasi said she might be biased, but the deep-fried Oreos were "amazing".
"They're so so good," she said.

There'll also be smoked ribs, woodfired pizza, burgers, gozleme, nachos, Thai food, and dim sims.
Ms Demasi said there would be meat packs, too.
"They include kransky, a smoked rib, chips, pickles, homemade barbecue sauce, and some have pulled pork or Angus beef in them," she said.
The young and young-at-heart will also be able to enjoy some rides.
"We'll have a few fun little jumping castles, a standard kids castle, a big slide and then The Meltdown, which is for ages eight up to adults," Ms Demasi told the Leader.
"[The Meltdown] is like a massive round inflatable thing and there's a pole that goes in the middle, and you have to jump over it."
Entry is $2, a portion of which goes to Rural Aid.
Ms Demasi said the event would be COVID-safe, in that there would be hand sanitiser available, and the rides and tables and chairs would be cleaned regularly.
Locals need to have the Service NSW app downloaded to sign in with the QR code, too.
But the older locals needn't worry if they don't have a phone.
"For the elderly, we do have another option but we need to ensure that not everyone can do that," the event organiser said.
"They have to have that app downloaded already to be able to sign in, that's what we have to do."
