Kicking off on the 6th of March and running from 8am to 3pm, the event will be held on the first Saturday of every month.
Owner of the hotel, Mick Howlett, said he only thought of the idea a couple of weeks ago when brainstorming a way to use the patch of land out the back of his pub, but the premise had moved along at a rapid pace since then.
Mr Howlett is hoping the markets will boost tourism and breathe some fresh life back into a region that has seen many events cancelled in the past 12 months.
"I just thought it would be something good for the town because there's not a lot of activity in town at the moment," he said.
"So I'm trying to bring more people to the town to promote the place and get things up and running."

There will be a wide variety of stalls on show when the markets begin, with food, drink, gardening, health and beauty and available, on top of numerous kids activities such as jumping castles and face painting.
As to be expected, news of the markets has spread quickly throughout the community and the response has been incredible according to Mr Howlett.
"The general interest in it has been pretty good, really positive, they can't wait till it all happens," he stated.
