The squad left Tamworth for Terrigal this morning.
It ended a month-long stay for the Warriors players and staff.
Unlike their stay in May last year, when they quarantined at the Scully Park precinct, the Warriors were able mingle with the fans.
They hosted an open training session and also got out and about when possible.
"There's been a few good little cafes we've been able to get out to - it's been really good with the locals," Warriors rake Wayde Egan said.
"We couldn't do that last time we were here. It's been good to interact with the locals and everyone's very friendly out here so it's been good."
The Warriors spent their time wisely on the training paddock as well.
Egan said living in such close proximity to his teammates was a "good way to build those connections" after the team trained in two separate squads - one in Auckland and one in Kiama - at the start of pre-season late last year.
"It's been really good, the boys have really come together," Egan said.
"We had a split pre-season before Christmas so it was a really good place to come and get our combinations going."

The Warriors will be based in Terrigal indefinitely and will remain in Australia for at least the first four rounds of the 2021 season.
From there, the side is scheduled to play games in Australia and New Zealand but that could change.
If the opportunity arose, Egan said he'd be all for bringing a game back to Tamworth.
"Definitely," Egan said.
"Last year was unreal, it was probably one of our best performances of the year which was fitting to give back to the local Tamworth community. So, if we can get a game up here all the boys would be stoked I reckon."
