The junior AFL club will hold the day on Sunday, February 28 with pre-season training to kick-start the following week.
Greg Vallender - a mainstay at the Roosters - is set to be in charge of the two junior sides again but was more than happy to bring others into the fold.
"I'll be around but hopefully I can find someone to coach the 14s," Vallender said.

The 14s and 17s both tasted premiership success in 2020 but Vallender said the club was on the lookout for new players.
"We're always chasing numbers," Vallender said.
Vallender expected the juniors to handle the move into senior football.
"It's always a step up but they've had a taste of senior footy and know what they're getting in to," Vallender said.
"I think they'll equip themselves quite well. And some of those kids are in the Northern Heat. They're getting a little bit of footy and will be playing on the Gold Coast in March. They'll be right to go."
The come and try day will kick off at 9.30am at Viaduct Park.
It will finish at 11.30am and will be followed by a sausage sizzle. The session is open to all boys and girls aged 12-17 who are keen to give AFL a crack.
