About 30 tables have been sold, with Warrior players seated at each table.
Group 4 chairman Terry Psarakis believes it will be a fun and informative night. "We're delighted the Warriors and Wests are running the night for Group 4," Psarakis said.
George said the event was a way to thank Tamworth, the region and Wests for their support over the past 12 months (the club quarantined in Tamworth last May).
Meanwhile, the Warriors' open training session starts at 4pm and finishes at 6pm. Players will then sign autographs.
People with Covid symptoms are advised not to attend.
