Investigations are continuing after the death of a man in a single car crash near Walcha on Tuesday.

Oxley District Police officers have revealed the man who died was 89 years old.
He was one of two passengers in the Holden Rodeo ute, which was being driven by a 16-year-old boy on Niangala Road.
Police officers responded along with the local fire brigade and ambulance paramedics at around 1.45pm.
They arrived on scene and found the passenger had passed away.
The young driver was taken to Tamworth hospital along with the only other passenger, a 61-year-old man, both suffering from chest and arm injuries.

The driver was on a Learner's licence issued in Queensland, and underwent mandatory testing.
Forensic police and detectives from the Oxley Police District examined the scene and are continuing investigations into the crash.
