This may sound like one of the best relaxation podcasts out there, but the sounds of tranquility are right here in the New England.
Campbell and Narree McIntosh are making a name for themselves in the wedding business on 'Dungowan Station', but this brand new enterprise sits very much apart from lively parties of family and friends.
One tiny home, seemingly dropped out of the sky, is now in a picturesque location in the heart of the working farm.
The building has been conditionally approved by Tamworth Regional Council, and is set to be open for those looking to escape "as soon as possible", Mr McIntosh said.
"It's been in the works for a few years," he told the Leader.
"With the drought, we were looking at ways to diversify out income, and this presented itself."
After doing a lot of research, the 'hard' task of trying out tiny homes around the state to see what worked, they've come up with a design completely off-the-grid but with all the amenities looked after.
Their son helped design it in a sustainable way. Completely solar powered, you can still be rest assured you will have creature comforts - like aircon.
Mr McIntosh says another motivating factor was to keep adding drawcards like this to the region to make it an attractive place to come and visit, supporting tourism in the area.
"We love Tamworth, we are passionate about the area. We want to do what we can to stimulate the Tamworth economy," he said.
Narree hoped that it would provide inspiration to other properties to do something similar.
