The teenage duo served their way to the opens singles honours with Osmond accounting for Daniel Nash 6-2, 6-2 in the men's final while Powell proved too strong for Anna Bishop in the women's final.
After taking the first set 6-0, Powell won the second 6-3 to win her first North West singles title.
For Osmond, who two years ago became the youngest-ever men's champion, it was a very successful weekend.

Following on from his singles victory, he combined with older brother Andrew to beat Matthew Rouse and Cooper Wilkinson 9-5 and win the men's doubles. He and Bishop then joined forces and got the better of Brian Williams and Isabelle Moore 9-6 to make it a sweep of the trophies.
One of the closest contests over the weekend was the ladies doubles, experience triumphing over youth as Ellie Ryan and Narelle Follington fought back from a set down to defeat Moore and Powell 10-4 in the super tie-breaker.
In Division 2, Mason Louis (men's) and Kendra Fitzpatrick (ladies) were crowned singles champions while Archie McCormack (boys) and Sophie Bailey (girls) were triumphant in the 12-and-under division and Curtis Parkinson (boys) and Ezarlia Cant (girls) the 10-and-under.
Tournament director Craig Louis said there was some fantastic tennis played over the two days, the tournament showcasing the high level of talent in the region.
"The matches were high quality, even the round play matches there were some close ones," he said.
The conditions did test out the players, especially on the Saturday which was very hot.
"It was a real test of who could play really well and save themselves for the following matches," Louis said.
Seeing so many young players really shine was an exciting sign for the future, as was the turnout.
"Our numbers were up 10 per cent on last year so that's exciting," he said.
Particularly in the junior events the numbers were "very strong", Louis noting the interest in the girls divisions especially, which he said was pleasing.
The last event on the North West Tennis calendar, for many of the players their focus now turns to next year.
