Billie Mitchell claimed the Veronica Griffiths Trophy on Saturday night after sharing the award with Daisy George last year, while the Damien Wendt Trophy was won by both Kaleb Crowhurst and Edward George.
George became the third Swan in the club's history to claim three men's best and fairest awards following in the footsteps of club greats Damien Wendt and Lachlan Rowling.
He also became the first Swan to claim three Dean Finlay Trophies when he was named the player's player for the men.
George has been there before but the best and fairest announcement was a first for Crowhurst.
"It was pretty surreal for me, this is my first ever best and fairest award for any of the clubs I've played for," Crowhurst, who was also the side's top goalscorer, said.
"It was very humbling to hear my name called up - and also very shocking.
"I know there's a lot of good footy players in this team that were a lot more deserving than I was. In the forward line I, sort of, reaped a lot of the rewards."
Crowhurst said he'll be "having another run around" for the Swans in 2021 while George is unsure where he'll be.
There is a good chance he will be back in Sydney studying at Macquarie University.
He was meant to be in Sydney this year but moved back to Tamworth to study online when COVID.

"2020 was a very strange season. Considering I didn't think I was going to be playing with the Swans in the first place, to be winning a best and fairest is pretty special," George said.
The presentation night was the first to have the club's new netball teams involved in as well.
Holly Perryman (B Grade Grey), Nicole Walters (B Grade White) and Briannah Donaldson (A Grade Red) claimed player of the year awards.
