The service, which will be held at The Passchendaele Room at the Tamworth War Memorial Town Hall on Wednesday, will be attended by invited guests only - roughly 30 - but will also be live-streamed via YouTube.
Tamworth RSL Sub Branch president Jayne McCarthy was "pretty excited" to be able to beam the service into people's households.

"It's a new thing, it's pretty 2020 for the sub branch," she said.
"We have to thank council for their expertise and time. They're doing all the technical stuff for us.
"It's going to be far-reaching and we're not sure exactly who'll be watching. We have a lot of followers on our Facebook page so hopefully they'll tune in."
Ms McCarthy said the 2020 Remembrance Day Service was potentially a taste of things to come, to some extent.
"It's the future," she said of the live streamed event.
"We'll still have regular services but this [live streams] could provide that extra layer for Anzac Day and Remembrance Day services, primarily."
Along with its Remembrance Day service, the Tamworth RSL Sub Branch was also able to hold its Poppy Appeal this year.
The Poppy Appeal - which raises funds for welfare and advocacy support of local veterans and their families - kicked off on Saturday.
Anyone who missed out on buying commemorative merchandise can do so on Wednesday. A stall will be set up on Peel Street in front of the post office and also at Town Hall. Both will be open from 9am until 1pm.
Ms McCarthy said the sub branch could have had a larger service but decided against it.
"We could have had 140 in the town hall but it comes back to resources," she said.
"We just don't have the man power to manage it with Covid marshals and that sort of thing."
The stream for the service will go live at 10.15am with the service to commence at 10.30am.
