Sally Cook and her partner Cam Lane decided to bring the popular Queensland coffee company to the country, and they're looking forward to waking up at the crack of dawn on Monday for their first day of trading.
"We've been loyal customers to the Zarraffa's brand for 10 plus years," Ms Cook said.
"We're a bit nervous being new franchisees and a new business in town but we just want everyone to love it."

Ms Cook and Mr Lane both quit jobs they loved in the sunshine state to make the move to Tamworth and start serving up caffeine hits.
Zarraffa's Coffee Tamworth has been built on Goonoo Goonoo Road, next to the Big Golden Guitar.
The store will be pouring coffees, blending cold creations and serving snacks every day from 5am to 8pm, and has a drive through.
The city is home for Ms Cook, and she said launching one of the first regional Zarraffa's stores has been exciting.
"We've hired 17 locals so far who were having trouble finding work, so being able to give some young ones and some older ones a place to come to has been so fantastic," she said.
"We are local, we are essentially a small business ... everything has been really positive which is fantastic and a little overwhelming."
After taste-testing many a menu item, Ms Cook said her summer favourite is an epic cold coffee fusion drink.
The brand is expanding from southern Queensland, and the Tamworth store is one of only a few in the state.
