Fit 2 Function's Natalie Lambeth said there was still spots remaining for the one-of-a-kind event.
"We just wanted to get the community involved and with the Courthouse having just reopened, we thought it was a great chance to team up," Ms Lambeth said.
"It's really nice to collaborate with these guys on this one and give people a chance to get together in a safe, social and laid-back atmosphere.
"The COVID-19 pandemic has been really hard on a lot of people's mental and physical health, so we thought this would be a great way to bring people back together.
"We have a total of 16 spots available and 10 have already been filled, so we would love to see a few more people get involved."
Ms Lambeth said anyone interested in taking part in the session should contact Fit 2 Function.
"We really want to get people together for their health, wellbeing and to have a bit of fun," she said.
"The end of the year is fast approaching and things are about to get hectic, so this is a great chance to have some fun and meet some new people."
Ms Lambeth said the session would be "ideal for people of all experience levels."
"It will be aimed at beginners and those at an intermediate level, so it should be good fun," she said.
"We will have a couple of our trainers on hand to walk everyone through it to make sure everyone is getting as much as they can out of it.
"Anyone who wants to give it a go can drop us a line on Facebook, Instagram, via our website or just give us a call."
