A THIRD man has been charged in connection to a 2010 murder with detectives alleging he knows what happened to the victim but has kept it a secret for 10 years.

The Leader can reveal the breakthrough in the murder probe of Darryn Royce Willis who police claim was killed in December 2010, but his remains have never been found.
The 50-year-old man was charged by Strike Force Barca detectives with the cover-up of the murder, a year on since two arrests and raids in Bingara.
The man, who cannot be identified, was questioned at Moree police station and is facing one count of concealing a serious indictable offence, namely murder.

He's been placed on strict conditional bail to front Moree court next month.
It comes after another co-accused - Robert James Stonestreet - fronted Moree Local Court on the same charge on Tuesday.
He's yet to enter a plea to concealing, but has been on bail since August and had some of his conditions varied in court on Tuesday.
As part of the new orders, he must live in Moree at a specified address and report to police twice-a-week in the town.
Stonestreet is prohibited from entering Bingara and must not contact any witnesses; or leave NSW.
He's also banned from drinking alcohol and taking drugs, unless they're prescribed by a doctor.
He will remain on bail until the case returns to court in Moree in March, next year.
Stonestreet has already been ordered to surrender his passport; and must not enter any international airport or departure point out of the country.
Stonestreet was released from custody after spending close to 10 months behind bars, accused of covering up the 2010 murder Mr Willis.
If found guilty of concealing a serious indictable offence of another, namely murder, Stonestreet and the 50-year-old face a maximum of five years' imprisonment.
Bruce Anthony Coss, 49, remains bail refused, accused of carrying out the killing almost 10 years ago, after a night out at the Imperial Hotel in Bingara on December 10, 2010.
The case will return to court in March for a committal hearing.
Detectives allege Coss struck Mr Willis near his Bingara home, and killed him. He's then alleged to have dumped Mr Willis' body at an unknown location. His remains still have not been found.
New England detectives allege Stonestreet has key details on the general location of Mr Willis' remains.
It's been the police case that he was allegedly present when the murder occurred and did not come forward with information during the investigation.
Strike Force Barca was set-up by New England detectives to investigate Mr Willis' murder.
