Jesse Justin Oliver, 18, pleaded guilty in Tamworth Local Court to charges of aggravated break-and-enter of a dwelling in company and steal goods; and disposing of stolen property.

He was sentenced by magistrate Julie Soars who imposed a 14-month Community Corrections Order (CCO), or good behaviour bond.

As part of the order, Oliver will be supervised by authorities and is prohibited from taking drugs or associating with the co-accused man for the duration of the order.

Oliver was convicted without further penalty of charges of custody of a knife in a public place; and using an unregistered car, after admitting to both charges.

He was initially charged by the Oxley Proactive Crime Team with two counts of aggravated break-and-enter after investigations into home invasions in Rupari Drive in Nemingha, and Valleyview Grove.

The offences occurred in late-July in broad daylight with police confirming goods including a television, two guitars and a wallet and other items stolen.

He was one of three, including a 21-year-old and and a 17-year-old, who were charged after they were arrested in a car stop in East Tamworth two days after the alleged offences.
