The 19-year-old hooker has been one of his side's most consistent players since the WEG 9's began and was rewarded with his consistency, in attack and defence, with a Bottlemart Man Of The Match in last Saturday night's final game of Round 3.
He also scored a five-point super try in the 13-5 win that kept his CFL side unbeaten.
Frendin also earned plenty of plaudits from his skipper, Brenton Cochrane, although the captain has been loath to single out any individuals preferring to go with a "great team effort, everyone is combining" team mantra.

"He's a great kid," Cochrane said of the teenager.
"Great that he's got a reward for his hard work. He's a good little hooker," he said after being notified of his man of the match award.
Frendin has starred for Dungowan Cowboys in their under-18 side for two seasons, the former McCarthy Catholic High School student a talented number nine in attack and defence.
He's also played first grade for the Cowboys and enjoyed the challenge even though he alternated between hooker and wing!
Since leaving school he's become an apprentice plumber, working for his father, David Frendin in his Country Plumbing business.
His father was a handy footballer too, a first grade hooker for the Terrigal Sharks on the Central Coast.
"Watched him play a few times," Frendin recalled.
"He was awesome."
Or was that the Scully Park ground?
Maybe both.
Whatever the situation he's delighted to be playing at Scully Park.
"It's a quality field, great to play on," he said.
The 9's too, is fun.
"It's great, nice and fast," he said.
"Love it."
Especially with his side unbeaten and heading for a big Finals night on October 31.
