Queensland man Richard Johnstone, age 44, is wanted for fraud offences alleged to have occurred near Tamworth in September 2018.
The NSW Rural Crime Prevention Team claims Johnstone defrauded two victims with loads of hay that were never delivered to their properties.
Johnstone is known to use several aliases; Richard Paulsen, Richard Johnstone, Mark McCaw, Mark Paulsen and Mark Johnstone.
