POLICE have appealed to the public for help to find an alleged fraudster wanted on a warrant. Queensland man Richard Johnstone, age 44, is wanted for fraud offences alleged to have occurred near Tamworth in September 2018. The NSW Rural Crime Prevention Team claims Johnstone defrauded two victims with loads of hay that were never delivered to their properties. Johnstone is known to use several aliases; Richard Paulsen, Richard Johnstone, Mark McCaw, Mark Paulsen and Mark Johnstone. The rural crime team is continuing its investigation into the alleged fraud incidents near Tamworth.
