Stephanie Lorraine Jackson fronted court via audio visual link wearing prison greens on Wednesday.
She was arrested in December at just 18 years old, and has struggled with mental health issues in prison for the past seven weeks, the court heard.
Defence solicitor Wendy McAuliffe entered a plea of guilty to the supply of an indictable quantity of a prohibited drug in Tamworth Local Court on Wednesday.
"I am instructed to enter a plea of guilty to sequence two, the supply of a prohibited drug greater than an indictable quantity and less than commercial quantity, with sequence 11 on a form one to be taken into account upon sentence in the district court," she said.
"I will ask your honour to mark in her warrant that she needs an urgent medical review, she is suffering from bipolar and for the last seven weeks has been unmedicated.
"Her previous prescribed medication was Seroquel."
Jackson initially faced 11 charges, but all of those were dropped except for the supply of an indictable quantity of a prohibited drug and the supply of more than a small amount of a prohibited drug on back-up.

No application for bail was made on Wednesday, and Jackson's case will go to Tamworth District Court for committal for sentence in October.
Police claim co-accused Corey Cutmore is the ringleader of the alleged supply ring, he appeared in court on the same day via video link from Long Bay Hospital.
DPP solicitor Cat McKay said there were good prospects that Cutmore's case could be resolved, but more time would be needed for further negotiations.
Cutmore's matter was adjourned until the end of September with a possible committal for sentence on that date.
Co-accused Kosta Sakellariou was granted a two-week adjournment with a bail application expected on the next occasion.
