POLICE have charged a fourth person with the alleged supply of prohibited drugs in the state's north west.
Sting operation Strike Force Buckinbah was established in June by Central North Police district detectives to investigate the supply of prohibited drugs in Lightning Ridge.
On Friday morning, search warrants were executed at a business and two homes in Lightning Ridge by strike force officers with the help of the Central North Police District proactive crime team, Oxley Region Enforcement Squad and the Dog Unit.
Police claim searches revealed more than $17,000 cash, methylamphetamine, MDMA, cocaine, cannabis, electronics, a jet ski, a quad bike, two dirt bikes and three cars at a home.
Two men aged 30 and 21, and a 29-year-old woman are before the court.
Police stopped a vehicle on Three Mile Road in Lightning Ridge and drug-tested a 44-year-old man where it's claimed he returned a positive result.
The man was arrested and taken to Lightning Ridge Police Station for further tests which will be sent for forensic analysis.
He was charged with participation in a criminal group contributing to criminal activity and the supply of prohibited drugs on an ongoing basis.
The man was refused bail to appear at Walgett Local Court on Wednesday.
