Regional Livestock Exchange, the company which operates the Tamworth Regional Livestock Exchange (TRLX), had restricted access to the site to "essential personal" in August.
However, it took to social media ahead of Tamworth's cattle and sheep sales on Monday to announce the restrictions would be eased.
"As of Monday September 14, TRLX welcomes all genuine buyers and vendors to attend its regular prime, store cattle and sheep sales," the post read.
"Thanks to all our site users for their continued help and co-operation."

The guidelines were initially introduced in March as the COVID-19 pandemic began.
However, they were relaxed at the beginning of winter, before being re-introduced in August.
Vendors, agents, buyers, saleyard staff and transporters will now be allowed to attend sales but must sign in before entering.
"For traceability and contactability, full sign-in and registration requirements are still in place," the post read.
"So please ensure these are completed upon your arrival at TRLX."
McCulloch Agencies stock agent Mitchell Swain said the return of buyers coincided with a market rise due to recent rain.
"I thought the cattle market was very firm while the lamb market continued to improve," Mr Swain said.
"Some aspects were a bit softer, but overall it was still very good."
Mr Swain said restockers looking to take advantage of the region's recent wet weather helped boost the market.
"All the younger and lighter cattle were making very good money," he said.
"Obviously that's off the back of a bit of rain, which has been falling across the district.
"That's kept the market pretty strong and while the lamb market had been a bit softer, it was $10-$12 dearer today [Monday].
"It could be better, but a lot of it is being driven by the restocker market and people buying young ewes, but for where it has been recently, it was very good."
