She did not enter pleas to her six charges, and a brief of evidence has been ordered.
Her co-accused Joshua Nathan Allan, 33, is facing five counts of taking part in the supply of drugs and has pleaded not guilty.
The pair appeared in Tamworth Local Court on Thursday and lodged successful bids for bail in front of magistrate Julie Soars.
The pair will front court again in Gunnedah in November, but in the meantime, Ison was granted bail on several conditions including to live in Gunnedah and report to police everyday.
She will be subject to house arrest, and must only leave home in the company of one person nominated in court.
She's also banned from taking drugs; driving; and must surrender all mobile phones to her mother and not use them unless under strict supervision from a person named in court.
She also had to surrender her passport and post $10,000 in surety to secure her release.
As part of his bail conditions, Allan must live in Quirindi and is banned from entering Gunnedah unless for court.
He'll have to report to Quirindi police three times-a-week; must stay away from his co-accused and any witnesses; and is also banned from drinking alcohol or taking drugs.
Strike Force Maroopna - a secret police sting by the Oxley Region Enforcement Squad - homed in on the pair on Wednesday morning after a secret investigation was launched in May this year.
In one raid, Ison was arrested at a home in Bloomfield Street before police uncovered what they allege to be methylamphetamine and cannabis. They also said they found drug paraphernalia, mobile phones, a laptop and a computer.
A second raid was carried out at a home on Porcupine Street where Allan was arrested and police found what they claim is cannabis seeds, mobile phones and other drug paraphernalia.
