The under-14, under-17, women's and men's teams will wear special jerseys that pay homage to Pay's playing career with the Collingwood Magpies.
Inverell Saints president Jason Gobbert said the winner of the shield will be the club that wins the most games on Saturday.
"If there happens to be a draw of two games won each, it'll go on the aggregate winning scores combined between the four grades," he said.
Gobbert said the Swans' improvement in recent years would make for a competitive day.
Last Saturday, the Swans men beat the Nomads in Tamworth for the first time in years.
Kevin has been such a big part of our club since day one.

"Kevin has been such a big part of our club since day one," Gobbert said.
"So you'd hope everyone will put in a little extra effort to win, because it's a special shield."
Spectators are welcome to attend the ground, however strict social distancing requirements will be enforced throughout the day.
Sanitiser will be readily available and a sign-in register will be at the gate.
After the games, a Kevin Pay Memorial Jersey will be auctioned at the club.
"The money raised from auctioning the jersey will be put towards under-14 development, which was one of Pay's passions," Gobbert said.
"He's always mentored the younger kids and took it on himself to educate the younger kids on how to play footy."
It will be the first round since the 2020 season started that all four Saints sides will play at the same locations.
Both the Saints men and women won their first round clashes against Moree.
Last weekend they travelled to Gunnedah and suffered losses in both grades.
