That's why they savour them so much, they're special.
And that's the perfect way to describe On the Floor's win at Moree on Monday.
When the Sally Torrens-trained mare scored by almost three lengths, she delivered Brian Jensen his first ever win as an owner.

Not bad for someone who was diving into the world of horse ownership for the first time.
"It was so great the public were allowed back in and he had his son Mick which made it so much more special," Torrens said.
Torrens' brother Roger and his wife Ann are also part owners of the mare which came to the Gunnedah trainer's stable in January.
On The Floor was previously trained by Adam Wadick before the Gunnedah group bought her.
The mare's first run for Torrens came on January 28 and was one to forget.
"She bled and had to be spelled for three months to get over that," Torrens said.
However, the four-year-old returned on May 18 and had three runs before breaking through on Monday.
From barrier seven, On The Floor rolled forward to hit the front.
The $26 pop defied her odds and led from start to finish to take home the win over Syrian Sea and Staremm.
Torrens said a gear change helped On The Floor.
"The blinkers went on and that sharpened her up and she raced a lot better with those on," Torrens said.
"It didn't shock me when she led. She actually led them up the day she bled and has always showed some speed.
"She just draws bad gates out wide all the time and with the blinkers on from barrier seven it just sharpened her up and she was able to ping out."
Torrens said she was likely to take On The Floor back to race at Moree next week.
She also had horses nominated for the Wean meeting on Saturday. However, that meeting has been transferred to Gunnedah and will now run on July 18.
