The state's homicide squad have been investigating the bashing death of 42-year-old Vergel Velasquez. He died in a Sydney hospital a day after being found with severe head injuries in a stairwell of a Girraween unit block on December 30.
Strike Force Brallo has been piecing together the murder and have charged four Moree men already, as well as the Sydney pair this week.
The 35-year-old woman was arrested at a Kingsford unit in Sydney on Tuesday and later charged with murder.

She was denied bail in a Sydney court on Wednesday.
A day earlier, detectives pounced on a 39-year-old man in Lidcombe. He was denied bail in Parramatta Local Court on one count of murder.
Last month, four Moree men - aged 41, 42, 49 and 50 - were arrested at homes in the town and charged with murder. All four have been refused bail.
Detectives have spent weeks on and off in Moree as part of their investigations. They've also raided several homes in Moree and Granville in Sydney.
Investigations initially led detectives to Moree on April 27 when a getaway car was seized. Then, in early May when 42 mobile phones were seized during a separate raid.
Investigations under Strike Force Brallo are continuing.
