With travel restrictions now easing, and the need to support domestic travel more important than ever, Uber will come to regional NSW on Friday, June 26.
Tourism and Transport Forum (TTF) chief executive officer Margy Osmond said TTF research showed that two-in-five Australians were planning to travel within their own state in the next two months".
"Our hope is that with restrictions lifting we'll see a real renaissance in domestic tourism, and I applaud Uber for doing everything they can to help that vision become a reality," Ms Osmond said.

People anywhere in NSW can sign-up to drive with the Uber app. Then, on Friday June 26 the company will switch the app on for riders.
